As players take on endless hordes of Super Mutants, they must keep the Rad Scrubber up and running to prevent the event from failing. This is one of only a handful of in-game events that offer players a real challenge. This guide will go through all there is to know about Eviction Notice.
How To Start Eviction Notice In Fallout 76
Eviction Notice is one of the game's public events. These can't be triggered by the player. Instead, on the hour, twenty minutes past the hour, and twenty minutes to the hour, one of the public events will trigger at random. Since there's no guarantee that the event will be Eviction Notice, you may need to hop servers a couple of times to find it.
When you do come across it, you should be a bit careful when fast traveling to the event. There is a radius around the event that will begin a two-minute countdown once it has been entered. Prior to that, there's an initial countdown of a couple of minutes. Try not to enter the inner radius straight away to give other players a chance to join the event. Eviction Notice is one of the hardest events in the game, so the more people that attend, the better.
How To Complete Eviction Notice In Fallout 76
The event itself is rather simple: defend the Rad Scrubber until the timer runs out. During this time, players will need to repel endless waves of Super Mutants while ensuring that the Rad Scrubber remains operational. There is also an additional task to this event; destroying the meat bags. This is worth doing as soon as possible. Once all the meat bags have been destroyed, a lot more legendary Super Mutants will start spawning. This makes the event a little more difficult, but it is also fantastic for farming legendary Scrip.
As for the Rad Scrubber, should this break, you'll need to repair it within 30 seconds. Not only that, but when the Rad Scrubber is broken, the radiation levels in the area will go through the roof and almost instantly kill anyone who's not in a hazmat suit or Power Armor. Unfortunately, there are a lot of players out there who don't help with fixing the Rad Scrubber. It's always best to assume that nobody else will attempt to fix it. That way, you'll always go out of your way to get to it. Repairing the Rad Scrubber takes a few seconds. Since you only have a 30-second window to repair it, you'll need to act fast.
Enemies spawn from all different directions. That said, for the most part, the bottom of the hill is where a lot of the legendary enemies will come from. It's worth staying somewhat local to that region, as you won't get any loot from an enemy corpse if you aren't within close proximity when it dies.

Each weapon can be decent alongside the right build. However, Foundation's Vengeance is the most popular choice.
